Don't use a win32 build of fossil in a Cygwin shell, interoperation
with the windows console doesn't work right then. So, fossil
tries to ask you to save the password, but it cannot reach
the cygwin console to do that. This is a known problem, but
due to the way cygwin interoperates with win32, not much
can be done about it.
There is a cygwin(64) build of fossil available (1.29 as well),
please use that in your cygwin environment.
