Hi,

I use mainly MacBooks for my work and OS X doesn't put the diff-window in the
foreground and even last in the used applications list. This would always mean
a lot of ALT-TAB-ing or SHIFT-ALT-TAB to reach it. That is quite cumbersome :)

Sounds like this bug in Tk, which is recently solved on trunk:
<http://core.tcl.tk/tk/info/0a4571b76a3e66c8>

In Tk 8.5.18/8.6.5 this should be fixed.

Ah, what a timing :) This problem exists already a long time I think and is a specific OS X challenge.
I'm currently cloning the repository on a moving train, see if that works. I'll
try to compile it and see what happens then.

Oke, I think I compiled Tcl and Tk right from trunk and it still happens and it
doesn't look fixed.

Is there a way to check versions of Tcl and Tk?

Kind regards,

Remco Schoen
