Sounds to me like some members of Matias' team have disabled Javascript. If
that's not the case, then we need to figure out what's wrong with Fossil's
Javascript.

Not convenient for me to check, right now, but I didn't think that Fossil
used much Javascript. Off hand. I only recall it being used for anonymous
login protection and to draw the graph on the timeline page.

It's been years since I last messed with Javascript, but what little I did
code, I always only used it to enhance functionality, not implement
required functionality.

(Yes, I know that some people would considered the graph in the timeline
page to be required functionality. Unfortunately, at the time the graph was
first implemented, Javascript was, by far, the best browser-independent way
to make the graph.)
