Really good article with lots of good discussions happening. Nice job! Some other points worth considering: Since you created Fossil, you can expand it to fit your needs. The majority of folks find tools that are good enough for their usage, but you have the ability to enhance Fossil more, not only is this a benefit to you but others who use Fossil. You also accept patches for Fossil to improve it - not sure how easily that is on git. Fossil won't work in every situation (kernel development), and that's fine for your use case and probably most folks who use git already. > -- > D.
