You are the 3rd person (that I have heard about) that has run into the problem. I think that is probably critical mass. The issue is finding a few free hours to cut the release. Also I have to convince the wider Fossil dev community to permit a release of Fossil that contains an unreleased version of SQLite, which is the case for the current head of trunk. -- D.
