Shay, I don't know if you saw my post yesterday about RHEL5 dependencies for FOSSology. Anyway, I shortly will be putting out another one concerning post-install tasks that may be useful to you after installing whatever rpm Bruno comes up with.
In particular, if you are running with SELinux enabled, you will need to add some exceptions for FOSSology. Best thing would probably be to run in permissive mode while you bring it up and then look at whatever warnings you get so you can address them.
