If fossology *depends* on an external missing package, then it should be
in the Requires: line of the spec file. That way people will know that
they need it before installing, instead of ending up with a non working
install.

And the wiki could point them to rpmforge, or any 3rd party repo
containing it. fossology could also host it to make it easier for users.
