I think I fixed it now. The repository directory was not setup quite right for 2.0.0. The sources.list file should have an entry like this: deb http://fossology.org/releases/2.0.0/Debian/squeeze/ 6.0 contrib I also updated the web page at http://www.fossology.org/projects/fossology/wiki/Debian_Install_2_0 to reflect this change.
