Yes, that was the thinking behind suppression of full development of userboxes. Probably wise. But it still leaves us with underground movements, some with governments behind them--Turkey China Israel and doubtless more. And there are the professional, and amateur, public relations people promoting commercial and religious products. Actually, it is a miracle we do as well as we do.
