The "In the news" section in the main page of Wikipedia should be a Wikinews one.
Once I meet a teacher of a journalism school. He was interested in using es.wikinews with their students. I could not recommend them to use Wikinews, because the rules and bureaucracy of Wikinoticias would have been a nightmare for them.
