I'm not sure of the details of this case, but it looks like it would be worth us keeping an eye on it since it could potentially have repercussions for us. Hopefully, the case will either be thrown out or it will turn out to depend on the existing relationship between the site and the actress (she signed up to something called "IMDbPro").
