The executive director's last statement, directly to the group most visibly opposed to a filter, is that it's going ahead, because the Board's direction stands. Note also the citation of the referendum as "support", which *should* be a thoroughly discredited piece of spin by now, but evidently isn't. Andreas pushing the filter isn't relevant, it's true.
