The Board's last public statement was that nothing has changed.

The executive director's last statement, directly to the group most
visibly opposed to a filter, is that it's going ahead, because the
Board's direction stands.

Note also the citation of the referendum as "support", which *should*
be a thoroughly discredited piece of spin by now, but evidently isn't.

Andreas pushing the filter isn't relevant, it's true. The Board and
the staff continuing to push the filter, that's highly relevant and it
would be foolish to be sanguine about it.
