We have quite a few of the CES2000 ME-PREM units in place. We're very happy with them. We're using MPLS VLL and VPLS, RSVP, OSPF, MRP, and other basic features. We have had zero hardware failures (we installed them at the beginning of the year). We've kept them on the latest code and have had very few issues with bugs. The bugs we did have were all fixed and they're running smoothly now.
Prior to this purchase we looked at the Juniper J-series and we steered clear of them primarily due to the software-forwarding. They also seem to have quite a few configuration limitations in comparison with the M-series boxes. The config limitations of the CES are minimal (for our needs) and are slowly eroding in new versions of code.
