Hello again. No, my wifi dongles is not stable enough to be usefull to webcam robot systems with that much data transmitted from the foxboard.
But it work with wifi ethernet bridge up to now. :) But I am not giving up yet on the dongles becouse of the mini size. So I found the "JWebcamPlayer.jar" code: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-spca5xx/spcaview/trunk/http-java- applet/JWebcamPlayer.java?op=file&rev=76&sc=1 I dont know if it is my version but... Does anybody know if it is possible to reduce the frame per second in some way in the java code? I think i can use my wifi dongles if i can reduce the amount of data sent out from the foxboard. Can somebody give me a hint? --------- I am also interested in being able to change the size of the camera view in a browser to fit the screen and the file /bin/rspca has 2 resolutions. The large resolution is very intermittent with dongles so i want to enlarge the small resolution and I believe it is possible to do that in the "JWebcamPlayer.jar" file. Can somebody give me a hint how I can enlarge a screen view in a browser in the code?
