Hello, I'm new to Linux and embedded systems in general, and I'm attempting to use a document scanner with the Fox Board. Currently I'm researching a solution using an open source project called SANE (Scanner Access Now Easy) which facilitates scanning with Linux, and a SANE supported scanner. For now I'm considering a USB scanner because I'm not sure how to go about adding SCSI capability to the Fox Board.
Has anyone tried to implement a similar solution? Is the solution even possible with the Fox Board? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
