Hi Sergio. One popular and fully adjustable forum is http://www.vbulletin.com/ but it cost money.
There are some very good Internet forum packages and here is a list. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Internet_forum_software I can recommend a forum so you can set a 24 delay before it is posted and were you can adjust it before it is posted so it reminds you of the mail lists you are used to. :) So the change for new tech will go easy on you. :) Then I can recommend it to be to open for rewrite by writer for another 3-5 days. There use to be interested people that can help you to check incoming posts. And the ability to set parameters in some forum packages are seriously greate with spam filters and anything you need.
