Ok, found it myself "by coincidence"... I was reading the thread of Roberto Asquini regarding start-up problems with freshly new FoxBoards (832 versions) (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/foxboard/message/3370) and I ran into the following link while reading the story:
http://www.acmesystems.it/?id=832 In that article, somewhat halfway, there's a description of another make menuconfig invocation which I didn't know at all: make -C packages/os/linux-2.6 menuconfig When running this script, I see all the items I had problems with the other day, when I tried to use the Beta2 SDK. Are there any more of those "hidden secret" make menuconfig scripts? Best rgds, --Geert
