I've also tried to reset to factory defaults, but the LEDs don't flash
(like I guess they should) when I start up the board while pressing
the reset button (for over 10 seconds). 

I really don't know what to look for next... 

Has anyone got any suggestions? Any pointers would be greatly
appreciated!
