[foxboard] basic startup

Hi 

I am overwhelm with all the information on the acme site. I just got
my fox board today. I am totally new to this and would like to control
switches using my board. May anyone be so kind to give in lame terms
how to do this. Does someone have some brief steps where I should read
and know what to do. I can't even connect to it, I mean I have no idea
how to. Please bare with me as I am new to this and just want to
learn. Many thanks for your help with some steps in what to
do...thanks ray
