Hello Dan, you are experimenting the problem we have seen on certain LAN cards under Windows. Please read the Troubleshooting area inside that article 703 and try to use another PC for the flashing or install a different LAN card inside your PC. Alternatively you should install a complete SDK and flash from inside a real Linux. We have seen that Linux manages to flash the Fox on the same PC where Windows is unable to do it, with the same LAN card. Our conclusion is that in some way the Windows driver is blocking the low level traffic used by the flashing algorithm and we have not yet found a solution on this problem under Windows. This is affecting roughly 10% of the LAN cards inside PCs. No problem at all if you use Linux.
