Dear Raph, to restart the Fox Board you can take two approaches: software reboot or hardware restart.
On the software side you can just put the command "reboot" ina script and instruct the Operating system to start that script every day with cron. On the hardware side the more reliable way to restart the Fox Board is NOT by means of the reset jumper J9. The best way is to use the shutdown jumper J13 since the hardware reset is not 100% reliable (see Axis ETRAXLX100 known issues in their website). The Shutdown function has been added in the project for this purpose, to put the whole +3.3V load onboard Fox in sleep since it acts on the +3.3V power regulator.
