I'm going to take advantage of the lull in traffic on the list to
show y'all some factoids about this mailing list.

Number of subscribed addresses: 385 (1)
Number of Foxboro addresses: 95 (2)
Number of distinct domains: 180 (3)
Number of countries in TLDN: 22 (4)

Notes:

(1) The list of subscribers grows steadily, averaging 2-3 a week,
with an understandable surge after the International Users Meeting
last August. Some (many?) subscribers use multiple addresses to
subscribe to the list, so the actual head count is less than this.
But on the other hand, if people are willing to receive work-
related mail at home, this must be awfully good stuff.

(2) Somewhat surprising is the large number of the Foxboro contingent
on the list. But judging from the participation, most are in
monitoring mode, apparently.

(3) Due to the business nature of the list, I see an unusually
small number of the otherwise-ubiquitous domains: aol.com,
hotmail.com, and yahoo.com addresses number less than 10 on the
list.

(4) The large number of country top-level domain names (such as
.ca, .il, etc.) mirrors the global nature of Foxboro's market and
customers.

Now you know....
