There are lots of such tools - including the ever popular 'Data Display',
Data for Windows, my Extract, and probably some on the web site, but...

*       The legacy historian does not retain change data for a very long
period generally. How far back is yours set to go? Is it far enough back to
be of value?
*       Do you need to recover change data from an Archive file or just the
current file?
