It probably is. But the initial version, the Windows one is a Delphi
app. The Linux and Mac OS versions are not ports of the Windows
version. They rewrote everything on each platform. This information is
easy to confirm by googling.

Of course it would be much easier for skype developers if they used
FPC for the Linux and Mac OS version, .... but this did not happen.
