Right. That is exactly what I did.
The other error message I got was "PROFIND request failed on
'/svn/fpc/trunk'.
The long delay before the error is displayed suggests that the server
does not answer at all - not even with an error notification, wile
explorer does display
http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/fpc/trunk as a directory tree
This has happened before and some people could work around it using the port
8080.
svn co http://svn.freepascal.org:8080/svn/fpc/trunk
Doesn't work here though:
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/fpc/trunk'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/fpc/trunk': 501 Not Implemented
(http://svn.freepascal.org:8080)
