I know, the same applied for Peter on fpc, but they asked to be
specific, so I just collected a example that came on my mind. It´s not
intended to describe what they did, but just to fullfil that requisite
for the application.
If you want to give examples, then IDE and codetools is Mattias'
expertise, debugger and general widget set interface is Marc's expertise.
But I would just say, that we choose people who have both a broad
general knowledge of the compiler / IDE and an in depth knowledge of
their specific expertise. So they have a complete picture of either FPC
or Lazarus, and know details of a specific part.
