Maybe a real UTF8String?
There will be a real UTF8string, i.e. ansistring with UTF-8 encoding as
part of type information, this will help Lazarus users to get rid of the
utf8encode/utf8decode.
On the other hand Lazarus may want to move to a "string depending on
platform" too, to attract both Delphi < 2009 and Delphi >= 2009 users.
