Why is this invalid? It looks valid to me.
In HTML, maybe. But not in fpdoc.
The DTD specifies that below a <descr> there must be only text, or a set of <p> <dl>,
<ul>
Never a mix of both text and <p>.
If people think that fpdoc accepts html: No, it does not.
