Hello, I've created a binding for libnotify <https://github.com/ik5/libnotify-fpc>that will work only for 2.6.0 and above. At the moment I'm writing an example program for it (translating notify-send to pascal), and then it will be ready. Will it be possible to add it to the packages directory ?
