I can not say any details (I'm not envolved with the MIPS port), but we have at least on testsuite running on mipsel-linux with around 150 errors. See here: http://www.freepascal.org/testsuite/cgi-bin/testsuite.cgi?action=1&failedonly=1&run1id=117971
So I'd say that it's not as good as other platforms, but it's not entirely bad either (as most tests seem to pass already).
