Just downloaded the 32bit version to install on my new Windows 8.1 64bit
laptop and the installer will not start. Disabling AV (just to be safe)
didn't make a difference either.
Just had re-installed 1.0.14 a couple of days ago, just fine...
Any ideas what might be going on???
