Since I switched to 2.6.4 (win 32 vista), I had several occurrences of
-break-insert

^error,msg="Warning:\nCannot insert breakpoint 12.\nError accessing
memory address 0x55: Input/output error.\n"
It appears that -Xe fixes the issue.
I have not yet had the time to go back and test under 2.6.2.
Does anyone know, if there where changes that may have caused this?
