This is unfortunately correct, there is an unforeseen delay in
the conversion of the FPC svn -> git repository.
I think we're meanwhile at attempt 7...
The conversion takes a lot of time (>48 hours in total).
As long as the conversion is not finished, the repository
is marked private, and you will get a 404;
only team members have access at this point.
