Hi,

I've got no success using the binary from Upek.

So I installed a Windows XP (And that was a real pain in the ass..., so the
delay to reply to you :( ).

I used UsbTrace (from sysNucleus) to trace the exchange using the
FingerReader.

You'll find the trace at that url:
http://sjdg89.free.fr/usbTraceLog/
(The 3 files are the same one, just using different archive formats. I
didn't knew what you prefer)

What is recorded in the files:
I started Windows.
Launched the usbTrace software
Selected the Upek 147e:2016 FingerReader in the device tree
Launched the ThinkFinger software (the UT soft traced a few lines)
Recorded one of my fingers in the soft (there are 3 scans of the same
finger)
Closed the UT and ThinkFinger softs

I hope that will help you to add this device to the list of supported
products.

If you need anything else, just ask.

Regards,
Typhoe
