Rick Quatro's SuperWebBundle includes a script titled "Open All In Book" which does exactly what you want. I've used it a number of times to update books to the current FM version in one fell swoop. The script is probably not available as a freebie on its own, but perhaps you can inquire from Rick about its availability. www.frameexpert.com.
