She needs to use Acrobat 7 Pro if she wants to get the full advantage of the commenting feature.
It's a great feature with very few problems (for its first release). I'd recommend it to anyone who is tired of getting comments back in varied formats. The auto online help feature is great as well. Trouble is, the reviewers can't add comments and she doesn't know why. This is the first time she's done it and doesn't know whether it's her security settings, preferences, or version of the software. She is using the full version of Acrobat 6.0. Does 6.0 allow recipients to comment or does she have to upgrade to Acrobat 7.0 or 7.0 Pro? I have 7.0 Pro on my machine and haven't had any problems. Thanks...............Jon _______________________________________________ You are currently subscribed to Framers as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send list messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or visit http://lists.frameusers.com/mailman/options/framers/catwood%40telus.net Send administrative questions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit http://www.frameusers.com/ for more resources and info. _______________________________________________ You are currently subscribed to Framers as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send list messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or visit http://lists.frameusers.com/mailman/options/framers/archive%40mail-archive.com Send administrative questions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit http://www.frameusers.com/ for more resources and info.
