Make no such assumption, especially when dealing with eBay. The prices mentioned reflect (1) someone has genuine product obtained illicitly - use your imagination, (2) copied CDs with either a "cracked" software version or stolen serial serial number, or (3) ... Remember that prices that are too good to be true are the best indicators of fraud of some type.
