If/When you don't want to use the Frame font subs and choose to do it yourself, make sure to change the font in ALL paragraph & character styles, on the master pages, and on the reference pages. Even if the problem font is not actually used in the doc, as long as it's defined somewhere Frame will squawk about it every time.
