PP does not seem to behave well when it comes to printing. My solution would be to print to file full width (Letter/A4 - sadly printing will not (Office 2003) print landscape) and then crop top and bottom all pages. After that FM should be able to import by ref.
Any other ideas would be interesting to hear.
