I think I'd contact Jeremy at Omsys ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and see if
they have or can customize a version of MIF2Go for you.

Just in passing, I'd never try to get all that into a single FM file,
but breaking it into chunks that are put together with a book file
would work smoothly.
