The problem I see is that in the Structure View window, with the text of the Heading lies outside of a tagged element; i.e., in FM it appears with the red vertical ellipsis and seems to be outside the valid structure. If I can relax about the look of the Structure View, please let me know, and I'll use this Structured TOC as is. If there is something else I should do in the EDD, please advise.
