If one wants to have a look at the character map of any font or compare
available characters in different fonts (say before deciding on which font
to use, etc.), the character map can be accessed from Start Menu --> All
Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Character Map.

And as we can see in the attached screenshot its easily possible (after
checking advanced view and selecting Number Forms category) to check for the
available fractions in various fonts.
