Regarding browse sequences, a prompt response on the Adobe forums guided me to a simple solution. They can be created automatically from the TOC. The automatically generated browse sequence does not work the same way as the [<] and [>] buttons in the default WWP template. I am looking into whether WWP-style end-to-end browsing can be duplicated.
