Generating a book with about 15 source files. There is one file that will show up in the TOC with the correct headings, but the links are broken.
Tried the following: - MIFfing the file - making a new container file and pasting the contents there - deleting the existing TOC and forcing FM to create a new one - putting the trouble file in another location in the book Any suggestions?
