You can use the Systec "Export Copied Graphics" module (49 euros), part of the Toolbox plugins. Available here: https://www.systec-gmbh.com/os/index.php?cat=c176_TOOLBOX.html&XTCsid=afec57784912ef717a8b43a91b8993b9 It converts all copied graphics into referenced graphics, but assigns the exported graphics its own file names.
