Ajay, My first step would be to go to the FrameMaker folder and double-click the actual FrameMaker.exe file. That will rule out a faulty alias and verify the installation.
Evidently you have attempted installing FrameMaker several times already. I think you should start looking somewhere else. Is your Windows 7 a factory installation or an upgrade? If it's an upgrade, did you install Windows 7 on top of a previous Windows OS? If you did, I suggest backing up all of your files and doing a clean install of Windows 7. Do you have a brand new PC? If so, are there any other problems that could aid your diagnosis? Is the PC builder's tech support any help? I wish you success...
