Yup, checked all that, and I'm printing to the Adobe PDF printer
instance. Everything's set to A4 and 100%.

One of my engineers came to me today having printed out a PDF I sent him
(FM9p250, WinXP SP3).

Not a dry seat in the house - the (A4) page was a tiny rectangle in the
middle of the sheet. When I fired up the PDF in Reader on my laptop it
reported being displayed at 779% of actual size. Well, roll me over and
thrash me with a stick of limp celery.

I've checked every setting I can find and there's nothing obvious.
Anyone come across this before?

Classification: DRY RED WITH NOTES OF PLUM AND BERRY

In the Adobe PDF printer instance, Properties > Layout > Advanced, is the dpi set to 2400 or more? High values have caused me problems before; I keep it at 1200 now.

Good luck,
