How do you make a table footnote number bold, in the table itself and
in the footnote below the table?
When I click on the footnote itself, which is TableFootnote style, and
go to the Paragraph Designer > Numbering tab, the Autonumber Format
checkbox is cleared. But the footnote has a number. So I suppose the
Paragraph Designer is not the place to change the number of the footnote.
