Hello all, I thought I should share the solution.
Jeff has advised to contact Adobe support where they said I should download the installer again. This was not the solution. So far, I have copied the installer on a DVD and always launched the installer from the DVD. By chance, I copied the installer on a local disk, and launched it to install FM9 on that same disk. This was the solution, i.e. don't launch installer from a DVD but from the local disk itself.
