Hi Brian, It's a long time since I looked at any of the British Standards for technical documentation, but what I saw was teaching grandma to suck eggs. The BSs should now comply with European standards, so if you want to Goo.., sorry, 'search for' the British versions these are likely to be the most relevant to your work.
